which is a better car - Mazda2 or Honda Jazz?

  im considering to purchase either of these 2 cars..
  
  need your advise ...any experienced drivers or whoever knows the good/bad points of them...?

  The Jazz has more versatile seats and better fuel consumption, but it's a fugly metro's car I'd not want to be seen in. Mazda is a lot more conventional.
