A new Civic will cost abt 75k today.
You are trying to buy a used car at 70k.
The coe right now is 22k.
That used car coe is 32k.
A new car which condition u can be sure is tip-top.
A used car which condition u are cannot be sure of.
Unless u are trying to get full loan. the choice is clear -

new cars today are really cheap (i am saying cheap relative to what car prices were some years ago)
Go check out a new one, and squeeze the folks at Kah Motor for freebies/add-ins. -
Too ex lah, get new one safer, since you wouldnt know what the seller had did to the car in his 1-2 yr ownership.

the coe is 31k plus...which means if i sell it in 7 years time, i will have 10k worth of coe,compared to now present 22kplus of coe, which means,after 7years i will have only 8k...am i right to say that?kindly enlighten -
