  far east is at scotts what. not out of town. but plaza sing is at dhoby gaut. isnt that out of town? hw about specialist shopping centre?

  try www.onemotoring.com.sg to search for the parking rates in orchard.. maybe plaza singapura.. got 1st hour free on weekdays or park mall not that expensive...
