is it mendable? or gt to replace the whole door?

What car are you driving? Got a friend who also drives a City like me and whom also scratched against the pillar at Funan Carpark. Went back to KM and they quoted 3+k just to repair cos' they claimed that the door beam may be damaged so have to replace door. In addition the wheel well area was also scratched and since the City's wheel well and the entire boot area is one piece they say must replace the entire "ass" as well. Total cost: 3k ++. My friend nearly fainted.... At the end of the day he got the door scratches and dent done up at CAS at a nominal of $500..... -

well unless it is a bang on the door or something .... then u will have to replace the door..... The cost will be roughly $200-300 depending on the conditions.... -
the new lancer...but mine isn't dat bad...no dents...only a few scratch lines...

Most probably can respray as long as there is no dent...
Usually dont have to replace the whole door one lah -
You can get it touch up for SGD60.00.
I know a place in Ubi does that for this price, and the worksmanship is good. Don't have the address though, cos I only know how to go.........
Me still 'fighting' if wanna go down to touch up my front bumper which was scratched by some bugger at the carpark and ran away. -
only paint scratched can just respray lah.
if got dent, just go to any workshop to knock knock here and there can liao.
got 1 time my door also scratched the pillar of multi level car park, kanna big piece of paint scrathced off and big dents. went to ubi do and as good as new.
you go to those official workshop sure chop u like carrot one. -
Funan centre carpark again... i recommend drivers not to go there to park sia.. stupidest carpark in the whole of singapore... but you friend quite sad sia..where got 3K one... i did mine for 600 bucks though...Originally posted by SeeTees:Hi there,

the one at liang court one i find quite jialat. the part going up the carpark. its like a spiral that keep stretching up. quite tight i feel. go untill giddy man. -
