i thinking of reversing into other car when no witness around then claim for damage saying he knock into me.
since damage to rear usually 90% win one.

First there is alway witness, you bang sure got people see or heard !!! Next even you do it without any one in car park , you think everyone so stupid !!! You still need to get his license and details of how it happen to to be reported to IDAC. Haha sure want to see you tell the judge that he knock into when he have a whole group of friends who is at his house party with him !!!!
By the way, even you thinking of doing reverse into a car with the driver in, don't !!! there been just too many case of idiots doing that, the police and insurance company know how to look at the damage to see if it is due to the accident. Also people are very pissed of with these type of asshole like you. So there by more then enough volunteers to stepup and testify against you. -
