i will bring trouble to my friend (owner of the car) leh... the guy also a friend... just wan the best for them only...

the driver with out license will be fine and not allow to take any tp tests for at sometime, owner will be fine and license will be suspended or maybe even revoted and also not allow to take any tp test for sometime. my friend kana b4 go lent his car to someone without license

anyway TP seems to be setting up roadblocks in the day.. cause they have done it three days in the row outside my house... it really did surprise many many cars...

The 1st thing they checked when I stopped by the Road block was that road tax disc... Then after that they just shine inside the car abit then can go liaoz..
Nv bring license I think they can radio back and check right? -

Then what abt the safety of other road users. Touch wood, it may be someone you know or even a loved one. If your 'un-licensed' driver friend gets into trouble, the owner friend of yours will also be in deep shit anyway. By the way, I will not regard such a person as a friend, did he regard you as one when you try to talk him out of it? Or when he ferried a few of you around. I only got my license recently, at age 29! Cos I got no means to pay for it before that.

I only got my license recently, at age 29! Cos I got no means to pay for it before that.
I tell you, its really a time bomb waiting to detonate.
1. Offender will be barred from driving in Singapore for good
2. Jail term for not more then 5 yrs of jail and not more then $15,000 in fines or both
3. Passenger who is in the car with a vaild driving license and willingly let a known subject without a driving license to drive the vechical, will have his/her license revoked and face a ban for not more then 3 years or a fine of not more then $15,000 or both.
4. Owner of the vechical will face a possible jail term and license suspension for not more than 5 years and a possible jail term and heavy fine.
5. All this will be considered as a criminal case in accordance with the Singapore Law.

concern for someone i know, playing hide and seek with TP everyday, but strangly everyone support his doing; gf, family, feeling proud of it..somemore.!!!! OMG !!!
if i am the original driver, i will just claim my car was stolen.

I think this is a really good deterrant to those idiots.... esp that so-called friend of yours... Maybe if you print this on A3 size paper, he will finally realise how severe it really is... yesterday my friend (the 'guy') offer to send couples of friends back home after outing, including me. but i reject taking his ride taking taxi back instead......... many others keep asking y y y, i did not say anything, only the GUILTY ones know Y.......

why not just post his movements and car plate number here. then all of us take turns to bao toh him to the traffic police...
