  SKyline Coupe / G35 coupe.. Just a redesigned Fairlady Z coupe.. Same chassis. but with different heart i hope..
  
  The renault sourced 3.5l engine in the fairlady is ok.. but need to be a lot special to deserve the GTR skyline badge.. YEA!

  at 1st glance, one can mistake the G35/R35 for a 350Z coz they all have the same shape and the front looks almost the same as well. but the G35 and R35 are by no means JUST a redesigned 350Z. actually the G35 and R35 are essentially the same car. however, the G35 is produced by infiniti, nissan's luxury division and features a V6 engine. the R35 on the other hand is produce directly under nissan of japan and features a V8 engine. obviously, the G35 is a luxury coupe much like the lexus SC430 while the R35 is a pure peformance car built for racing. i think the R35 still has the round rear lamps so in a way it does retain the heritage. anyway if u ask me, i prefer the R35.
