Tyre Pressure

  hmmm... PSI is the pressure measurement is it?
  
  is it always on the tyres?
  
  usually i turn the pump to the number stated? for example 400? 500?
  
  pump till the bell rings slowly/stop?

  there should be this small label along your door sill, with the recommended tyre pressures. follow it, unless u have changed yr rims n tyres. in that case ask yr tyre dealer for recommended pressures.

  Erm, there are 2 types of measurement, make sure u are setting the right one.
  
  One is using PSI, the other is wat kg scale
  
  If u set the wrong number at petrol station,........ "JI BA BOOOOOOOMMMM"

  I thought for PSI, u should stick to about 200++?? 400-500 seemed a little bit hiong leh.

  Yeah, pump until the bell stop.
  If you poke in and no bell ring immediately, it means your tyres are at least at the set pump pressure and no addition needed.
  
  but having said that, the pumps somtimes leak quite bad, so they'll never stop ringing.
  If so and you don't wanna look for another pump,
  take note of the bell ring frequency after you've set the pressure before you pump.
  So that when the bell ring at this this pre-pump frequency during pumping, you know that you're done..

  thanks for the information..
  
  i checked my door sill already. but they mentioned something about cold tyre and stuff.. does that mean snow tyre? *shrugs*
  
  the reading was something like 28(4.5) or something..

  cold tyres means when your car hasn't moved for a few hours and the air in the tyre has cooled down. remember that the air in your tyre expands when u drive and the friction heats the tyre up.
