Went macpherson mazda showroom and was given this sales consultant
Dear Daniel (Kitty bf) . Damn arrogant and attitute, even mock at customer.
Some more he is a team leader, don't know what the hell he doing...
Even i wan to buy car, don't even wan to buy from him.
Wondering if i can complain mazda for such lousy person. -
tell him off at his face ...

since you know his full name already, simple check the GM of the company and send a complaint letter or email lor -
Your description of his insolent behaviour is somewhat vague. Care to elaborate more? E.g. what he did etc?
For people reading this, there is always two sides to a story. U have heard one side, so lets not draw conclusions haphazardly.
ps. I dunno the guy nor do I sell cars. Just giving an objective view.

Well, if you have two similar car but 2 different coe value, will the coe
of higher value fetch higher price ?!
He was on the phone constantly without even excusing himself and the
attitute he gave is like either u take it or leave it. so piss off!
Really to meet such lousy sales consultant at mazda not once but twice ! -

should complain and not just walk away bcos the person will not learn his mistake unless he get scolded right?
even if he does not learn from his mistake after being scolded ( i hope) , he should not get away for his behaviour mah -
If dont like the service can spread the word only... so if no ones go and buy mazda.. they will wake up.. but singaporeans also like that one lah.. BM services like shit but still toyota top seller.. hahaha...

i tink service is vv important i am also a sales person.. i will onli f the fellow if his attitude is bad otherwise i will do my normal job.. some customer damn yaya when talking they not paying attention.. if don understnad wad i saying is ok.. some is not paying attention at all.. this type i directly walk away..

no choice the balance of power is in their favour... sales people are supposed to be customer service oriented, to treat all their customers fairly and with respect...
but unfortunately, most big name car salespeople earn more than a large part of their customers, and cuz their brand name sells itself so well, they dun need to work tat hard still will have people walking in. So they feel that they are in a position to 'select' their customers!
Take for example Performance Motors.. my fren knows a lot of ppl there cuz his family got 3 BMWs, all high end models like 7 series, M3 and 645Ci. He told me some stories and apparently the SEs 'look down' on 318 buyers, esp. fussy ones.
Imagine la, the SE there can earn like $10-20k a month, sometimes service generous buyer who buy one M3 for son, one M5 for wife, Z4 for daughter and 745 for himself. Then later a customer who wants to buy 318 comes in and starts to fuss tat it is expensive, want more freebies, complain about lousy service cuz no one attend to him etc...
Of course the SE will rather serve the guy buying the 4 BMWs who doesn't fuss about a single thing, instead of having to pacify the fussy, demanding buyer who wants a 318 rite?
So no choice lor, in this industry, apparently things are the other way round... the SE is king, not the customer. Cuz got endless demand for cars and got lotsa rich carrots, so the SEs dun bother about the poor, fussy people. I think so far only Volvo and Lexus have good service consistently.
Just like those coffeeshop stall that become famous, got long queue, their service is atrocious also. Ai lai mai sua attitude, cannot ask for more chili or extra bowl etc...
no choice lor, unless we collectively stand up to these arrogant salespeople, we'll always suffer at their hands.
To summarise, fark them!!! Call New Paper and publicise their bad attitude and maybe setup online guestbook to solicit feedback from all dissatisfied buyers also... make them stress! kekeke... mebe can gather 20,000 signatures, see whether they still dare to yaya! -

at least that sales consultant is sincere and honest coz he gave me
9K more for the trade in !
So either this bukit timah mazda sales consultant is honest or
the sales consultant at mazda macpherson is unscrupulous idiot
conspiring with the dealer to cheat me.
Yeah definately i will write in to Mazda Mgmt and Newspaper ! -

To be honest as myself a man, I find the Men SE in any field are least honest than woman. As the danger of Man SE, was that they are more techie in bullsh!ting which sometime are get conned unknowingly.
All in all, I still prefer female SE bcos female has a better soft skill than man.

frustrated, my dad asked a price list from one of the sales ppl who were sitting arnd toking cock... suprisingly, he juz gave us a price list and went back to his frens! omg, do dey wanna earn money or wad?

Mine was very attentive leh.. A female ofcos. I gave a call one day at 7:30pm and they are closed at 8pm. She waited for me and had a chat.
Went there a week later, she was caught up with a delivery. Was late, however, she managed to get her colleague (another lady) to attend to me and do test drive. Keep on SMS me to say sorry!
Hmmp... I think the testimony tells the truth abt Men & woman. -

Well said and a great reminder to those who post NAMES and identity of any sorts. They are susceptible to lawsuits if the aggrieved party decides to take action. i did sales b4...i think service should be given to everyone equally...
my colleague who work for over 10 years in sales kept telling me never to waste my time with 'certain' people...but the question is...
What if 'certain' people came out to be guaranteed customers....
I may not be selling things sometimes but as long as customers get a concise rundown of wat they wanted and make a better choice...i'm more than happy to oblige... -

went to komoco at leng kee... went in with jeans and tee... 2 sales men standing at recept.2 bo chup me.. i tot they are not sales.. so went around then went to the administration area... they called out to the 2 salesmen standing at recept area.... reluctantly. one came... i told him straight.. think u all dun like to serve me izzit. he said no sheepishly... i walked and he dun bother to ask what car i am looking for etc.. no question ask at all. simply follow me like a dog.. so piss off that i din even wan to ask him anything and throw away the card on the floor and walk off...
went to kia.... lady was nice intro me... but she was more interested in coaxing me that the price is good.. deposit is onli 1k blah blah.. budget is interested.. but idun intend to ask for 10 yrs loan and dun intend to put down min deposit.. more impt is where i can get the best value for my budget and i ask for a test drive.. she replied.. all cars same.. no need test drive also can... nvm...
went to mitsui... i have asked around fora sales to serve me.. he din even wan to askwhat car i wan/interested... piss off..
the onli place is chevrolet..the lady was nice...
