  Is E68 a must inorder to have the extra voom.....?
  
  Any cheap and gd service work shop to install that ?

  The E68 can be found at McWell Ventures at around S$120-$130. It does help improve and in my case regain my pickup after installing the K&N 57i filter & Supersprint exhaust.
