Left Hand Drive

I saw a left hand drive BMW 3-series today. Number plate was SFA something. Anyone seen left hand drives before? Why're they allowed? Btw, there was a red sticker at the bonnet stating "Left Hand Drive", and when i overtook him i indeed verified that it was a LHD.

Most likely was driven by a diplomat.Only embassy staff can drive LHd cars here.
