Getz 1.3A 5Dr

  Hi all
  
  Wondering how much the Getz for 1-2 years selling right now, being offer 1.8 months old for $40000, due to the low COE just thinking is it worth buying or not? Can anyone give me some help on this?

  Shld get a new one.. esp wif low COE now.. and it come with 3 years servicing with komoco and its only about 50k rite? 2nd hand car? hmm u dint know what the previous owner did to the car.. always rev to redline...etc etc... hyundai's car pple normally buy new 1 also..

  Many had asked the question between getting a new or old. And the most logical answer I find is, first to ask yourselve, how long do you see yourselve driving the car? If you have intention to change 2-3 years down the road, Old car is better. Reason is someone has already suffered the steepest 1st year depreciation of that car. But if you will be driving it for at least 5 years, get a new one.
  
  Just remember, 40k for 8 years is not going to be a easier load than 50k for 10. Also consider that old car resale comes with high interest rate. So strictly speaking, 40k for a about 8 years old Getz isn't cheap at all.

  Brothers thanks for the reply, i already get a 1.8 years at #44800, COE 31800
  After consideration, New VS Old....i rather take 2nd car cos, i don tink i can drive the car for 7 years till breakeven with $0 dp.

  I've test drive the Hyundai Getz 1.3A 5dr, heard that the fuel consumption is alot. Compared to Nissan Sunny 1.5, which has a higher FC?
  I'm travelling from one end to another everyday. Thus FC is very important to me.
  Does anyone knows the octane level for Getz? And if Getz can consume 92 fuel?? Had asked the salesman at hyundai, he said Getz need 91 only. But he wasn't to sure too.

  yes getz can drink 92..... as for FC.. yes it is bad if you are those concern about it....
