vehicle log card

  hi guys,
  
  i need to renew my insurance this month and i intend to change insurance co.
  this is the 2nd year and the insurance co. says that they need the log card...
  do they mean the photostated "vehicle registration card" ???
  
  afaik, the log card is with the finance co.
