Changing gear box

nissan s15, is it possible to change it to an auto/geartronic?
how much would it cost? -
normal auto gear box replacement should be in the range of 1-3 thousand i think.
Silvia is manual right? not sure if anyone can change it cos it will be quite a big task. can be prepared to pay more. also since it is brought in by PI. not sure who is willing to do for you.
i have 3 friends driivng silvia. i will ask them if they got any recommendations and get back to you. -
Well.. i read about that you can change it.. but you must pay alot of money for it and to get LTA approval as well...

no offence...but funny leh..think you are the first owner i heard of that wishes his silvia is an automatic.
u really going for its looks only eh? well...anyway, i still finding out more about your question...but i would think the cost and the hassle not worth it lah..

many pple say matics are for sissy. lol.. i don see why though. and i also don think manual cars have better performance than matics.
and as u know la, sg so many jams and stuff, matic drive easier.. hehe ^^
the ferrari 360 in my sch is also matic hehe. -

Put it this way, a 5 year old kid after some observation probably will be able to drive an (auto)matic car on a deserted open road but chances are he can't move a manual car 100m. I don't agree that (auto)matic are for sissy, but I believe that manual are for real drivers, drivers who really appreciate driving.
As for sg context, yes, (auto)matic is easier to drive, already hear 2 of my friend driving manual said that something they would really appreciate an (auto)matic.
