Bloody Driver

NB. My father was like entering the expressway, then suddenly, an Altis jus accelerate and appear by my right. then on my left still got one other vehicle man. we almost have no where to go. my father was like jus driving a MPV lo. Most BTH is when this A$$ hole exits the expressway, he uses his finger point his head. Knn. This time i point one of my middle finger. He still happy happy show the "come come" sign to me. Then i jus point another finger and he exited. You people better becareful of this MAD driver.

is it your father going into the main expressway from the filter lane?
and the altis is from the expressway?
if so, your dad should have slowed down and give way wat.... -
that time i was so confused abt whether i should be labelled a 'bloody driver' myself. was on the last lane abt to leave the expressway. then this cab which was directly on my front right diagonal cut in, only signalling after he was halfway in. i horned, not just tapped but held it there. then flashed high beam. after that, my dad knocked sense into me, and i think i indeed overreacted. well the cab's signal came so uselessly late, but at least he did signalled. perhaps it was my prejudice towards cabs that bugged me; perhaps it was morning sickness bugging me. haiz... was kinda guilty afterwards...

I don't think so. Remember the article from the New Paper talking this guy who was having some trouble with some SAF regulars at Jalan Bahar while driving? If I recall correctly, a lawyer said that it is not illegal to use the middle finger while driving, unless u are showing it to a lady. It seems to me that ur father is entering the e-way from the filtering lane and the car is already on the e-way... if so, it makes sense that the altis is faster and if ur dad juz slowly filter out like this, he could have caused a collision or the altis would have to do some hard braking... Ur father should have seen that the altis is coming down on his right and should have let the altis pass first...
And anyway what u've done is totally wrong. To point the middle finger at some1 is the worst thing that u can do. -

Can't count the times people entering expressways just speed up and cut in, expecting me to brake or slow down to let them in when its them who should be slowing down and giving way. Hate this. -

There have been times however when impatient idiots behind me flash lights or honk because they think I am slowing them down. Some jokers even cut out from behind me and rush out, expecting me to give way to them since they are now in the left expressway lane....

Stop?? den you will never get into the expressway safely because the vehicle driving inside the expressway is fast and u need time to let your vehicle pick up speed in order to travel the same speed with the vehicle behind you and u will cause a very very long que during peak hour if you stop. you notice that there are no give way sign on the expressway. the driver driving in the expressway should be courteous and let the driver enter the expressway. to me y singapore got traffic jams when there is no accident is because singaporean are selfish purposely accerate when ppl signal to cut in your lane, dont want to merge lane (single lane can become 2 lane), road hogging etc.Originally posted by digicharat:ya lor. everytime i on the filter lane going into the expressway, i always slow down and wait for my chance to go into the expressway. if neccessary, i will even stop. -
road courtesy should apply to those coming out into the expressway... the car should let them filter out... if not where they go sia.. stop? then you be blocking the whole god damn road at the back... for me, if i cant get out of the filter lane.. i just push my way in.. if i am on the expressway.. i give way to most of them if i travel on the extreme left lane that is... what is the point of frustrating people.. at the end the most impt thing is to reach your destination in one piece...

You know, having observed for a long time now, I know that there are a lot of motorists out there, who don't know HOW to enter into or exit from an expressway. But I'd say more, do not know how to enter onto an expressway.
I usually ease back on my accelerator when approaching the entrance ramp onto an expressway, letting all the others around me overtake and squeeze into one tight gaggle of cars, vans, and motorcylces, all trying to merge onto the expressway. It's always entertaining to lay back behind and watch the dramas that unfold.
In my opinion, this behavior is sheer stupidity. It's the same with boarding a bus, or the MRT at any station during peak hours or weekends. No differences in driving - the habits are the same; everybody wants to be FIRST.
Always let everyone else rush ahead first, then you can work around the tangle they get into.
Remember this; Our roads are chocked full with dumb-ass motorists. So expect dumb-ass driving attitudes. -

i dunno about u but im sure alot of ppl would have stop if they really cant squeez into the expressway. and u should know those monster truck on the left most lane where u will be joining, dun like to give way.
road hog or not.... i prefer to get to my destination in one piece than to never reach it by die die wanna squeeze in.... -
haha i really think stopping is the extreme last resort unless you drive a ferrari or any other great pick-up cars

dere was once i was on tis cab..
and obviously something went wrong,
and the driver decided to lift both his hands off the driving wheel,
to point both middle fingers n all sorts of vulgar hand sign to another driver.
seriously,
he scared the shXt out of me loh..
wif his outrageous behavious..
n leaving the driving wheel alone...
