Cab firms fail safety standards

Dun mean to slam/condemn cab-drivers; but there are simply too many black-sheeps among them!
So am not surprised with the report in ST today - all of them failed the safety stds. Of course they will argue tat the std is too high...but fm wat I observe daily, the stds of the cab-drivers gotta improve.
I'm all for road-safety, so I do hope to see improvements among these main road users - cabbies. -
Ya, heard that on the morning radio show at FM 91.3. Quite funny hearing the 2 lady hosts "suan" the taxi drivers.

They fail every year which makes me wonder it is really possible for them to pass at all???

Heard they're giving bonus 2 them...I mean those acc-free ones!
A good move...but more actions needed!
