My car is bridgestone 185R14N8 tyres. Have looked at the specs on my door and it says
3 passengers- front tyre: 210kpa, rear tyres:210kpa
Full load: front tyre:220kpa, rear tyres: 310kpa
I usually travel alone (50% of the time) or with family of 4 (50% of the other time)
I read that over inflating tyres can have save on fuel but your ride will be bumpy.
Can someone advice what is the best pressure that I should pump to save fuel- 210kpa, 220kpa or even higher than that?
dun ever over inflate yr tyres cos it'll give yea uneven tyre wear esp in the center...under infation causes increased fuel consumption and also uneven tyre wear....200-210 KPA is gd enough for most mdeium sized cars....Big cars like MPVs and SUVs are usually 220....thats wad i reacll when i was working back at shell
