Forget it... read the fine print. Only works on certain types of plates, in certain lighting conditions.
If you're using plates with raised characters, forget it. Cloudy days, forget it... after rain and it has washed off.. forget it too. If another car is behind your car (from the camera's POV) then there isn't enough direct light to reflect off the spray... also forget it.
So it's only work if you're maybe drving in a desert with a flat, reflective licence plate and no cars blocking direct sun from shining off your plate.
