next time determine who's fault it is. get the person to write down name and ic number stating that it is his/her fault at that certain time and date.

if both parties claim each other then its up to the insurance companies to fight it out with one another lor. or u can institute a civil suit against the other party. in the end, they might decide on the percentage liability in a half fight case depending on who's evidence is stronger. in any case, be prepared to pay money to the insurance company or law firm if u lose the case.......
