Hi Melbee,
3cm of damage paintwork is rather tough for any industry scratch removers in the market...! As what KKT says..! my wondergel can't do much !!!! have to access the level of damage on your paint work...!

1. Can you see red base on the damage area...?
2. Or you see white base on the damage area....?
My guess is that yr red march suffers the same faith as red_marchies...! Their march was damage by scratches across their 4 doors... with a key..! The red body colour was scratch off...! now you can see white base on those scratches.. !
My options are rather simple and fast... but i m very sure alot our fellow marchies disagree...! Respray the damage area...! since yr car is new is better to do it...! "$$$$$$$$$$$$$$"
There are other options which the rest of folks can advise you...!

Coincidentally both damage cars are red...! Is the CNY thingy..! Ang Pow special ....!
Really feel sad...! new car .. factory paint work damage..!
Ya ! both of them can hook up and check with TC...! Or else they might have to get a good painter with oven to get a good finishing after re spraying...! again is $$$$$. -
