Problem with Lancer

  I would like to appeal this questions to the drivers out here who drives the new Lancer MT model in the market now..
  
  Have you guys encounter this problem i have??
  
  - When im driving my Lancer the time, when we downshift we clutch in then down gear right??. Ok the problem comes, when i step in the clutch without stepping the accelerator the time, the rev meter always stays at 2k rpm. Its only when i apply brakes further then it will go down to 1k rpm. This problem also occurs when im engaging the reverse gear too.
  
  When i engage the reverse gear, it my car also revs to 2k rpm and only once i release the clutch then it would go down.
  
  So do any of you drivers out there have this similar problem??
  
  This affects my FC quite abit..as it always stays at 2k rpm..meaning it also burns petrol when im in free gear..-_-

  I previously got this problem also when after I install the additional Air-compressor. The RMP is around 2.
  
  Then I drove to the C&C and ask them to adjust the idling speed and conduct the diagnostic check. In the end, they adjusted the ISC step and it fall back to normal.
  
  And it is all free of charge!
