Parking in Raffles Place

i nid to go Raffles Place (35 Robinsons Road) on a sunday.... not sure whether the golden shoe carpark will be open on a sunday.... if it does, how much is the charge?
n oso those roadside parking behind some of the buildings, r they free parking on sun?
