Worth waiting for next round COE bidding???

  As mentioned... is it worth paying and additional $500 to confirm COE for this round or is it worth waiting until the next round...... your suggestions pls.

  Last I heard... still below $20k... about $18k... think it came out in yesterday's papers... Anyway, the COEs are always cheapest at the beginning and ending of the year... so now is a 'not bad' time to get... dun wait until june... might be able to save some cash if you get now...
