WHERE CAN I GET GOOD CAR RENTALS? i dun want a join member 1st then can rent after dat.. e.g like ntuc car coop, cityspeed carsharing..and so on.. i just want an on the spot rent.. and after that return... but where?
FOR UR INFORMATION my cousin just pass his license 1yr ago, so i understand no need P-PLate... and also age of 19. But whatsoever... if u have a 'lobang' that can close 1 eye ones or doesn't need the 'requirements' is preferered.
