Actually, i kinda agree with him. All these young drivers.Originally posted by HENG@:u have the superior car complex i see.
i can't totally fault u(becos i admit i have a bit of that too) but lets try to sound nicer?
btw. what do u drive?
Since when did Sgforum becomes an unfriendly rich "Kids" forum. Guess I don't fit-in anymore.Originally posted by Friendstar:have u ppl noticed that these type of wannabe cars are getting quite irritating on the roads, being driven by young adults or immature kids ?
tailgating cars, driving recklessly without signalling, souped up ugly kits with wannabe spoilers and cheapo sport seats ?
why dun they just learn to appreciate proper driving + minimising road accidents .... and even better, save up enough to get a decent sports/performance car instead of making all that thai/korean-made junk into a wannabe crap dud ?
hyundai tuscani is another growing breed of pest that has all show, no go.
impreza TS is another digusting fakey of their distant 2litre big brother, with a fake scoop and highmount wing. those lancer drivers with souped up evo kits will never pass off as the real thing, it will make them even look more stupid with their hideous fake evo 7 wing.
c'mon kids, what's wrong with these ppl ?
They're called ricers my boy! And yea seriously I wouldn't try to make an economy car "look" fast....FAKERS! GET A REAL SPORTS cAR HEYOriginally posted by Friendstar:have u ppl noticed that these type of wannabe cars are getting quite irritating on the roads, being driven by young adults or immature kids ?

sports cars are generalisations....brands are brands....Originally posted by SpecOps87:How do u define a sportscar?
Are Lambroghinis,Ferraris and Porsches,Aston Mastins considered sportscars to you?I mean, does it hurt you that people wanna dress up their car the way they dress themselves up?Its people's free choice to do what they want with their cars, and besides, does driving a souped up sports car gives you the right of way,the right to tailgat and hog the road and speed? Its people like the topic-starter who spoil road courtesy.
so you are saying people cannot afford sports car should stay off the road?Originally posted by Friendstar:why dun they just learn to appreciate proper driving + minimising road accidents .... and even better, save up enough to get a decent sports/performance car instead of making all that thai/korean-made junk into a wannabe crap dud ?
yo, i support u.Originally posted by wbucket:Since when did Sgforum becomes an unfriendly rich "Kids" forum. Guess I don't fit-in anymore.
Nothing wrong with fitting kits and stuff on a budget ride to make it look good. Driving a big, sport car doesn't allow you to drive idiotically too. From your mail, it is like speaking save up, buy big cars, then you can filter without signals and tailgate.
Are you 1 of those Merc who filter without signal, road hog on the lane 1 until a up-slope, then smoke everyone else, filter to leftmost lane. Way, I GUESS being RICH and having a LARGE car allows you to do those things. Right, since you pay more road tax too, so you own the road.
What is wrong with you!
AgreedOriginally posted by Larry:It's the driver behind the wheels that is causing the issue. I do know some people who have modded their cars extensively, but as safe as they can be while driving on the road.
U don't need a very big spoiler or "chiong" bodykit to drive recklessly. U just need a reckless driver.
I own a Vios now. Small, compact and efficient.Originally posted by EkBoy:Agreed
Btw y has he not replied after starting the topic?
So wat ride is urs?
These rich kids need to be wack. Fancy posting a little bit and comes here screw everyone. Every one of us just trying to make the best out of our ride, and I guess all of us have our pride. It is super un-justified to post messages like this, showing no courtesy what-so-ever.Originally posted by HENG@:relax everyone.![]()
somehow along the way someone start saying topic starter is a rich kid and everyone else picked it up. but personally i don't think topic starter is a rich kid. If anything, he's prob someone who has a job n worked hard to buy a sports car. maybe a silvia? or something like that. thats my impression of him.Originally posted by wbucket:These rich kids need to be wack. The way he post, venting his anger from his road experience only means he could lose his head someday and cause some serious trouble on the road. Look at his text, simply-put is that it is fine to fool around with his big car. Mentality need to change.
It is the part that saysOriginally posted by HENG@:somehow along the way someone start saying topic starter is a rich kid and everyone else picked it up. but personally i don't think topic starter is a rich kid. that shown the imature side of him. Although we all share the part about that driver problem, but generalizing all the modded cars like this seems child-like. So this contribute to the "kid" part.
