damn suay.. kana a traffic summon through the post for illegal parking on CNY eve midnite.
i parked my car along river valley rd in front of the 24hr prata shop. heck.. i din even receive a traffic summon on my windscreen! my dad said nowdays e police take photos as evidence... is this true 
arg... got fined $120 n deduct 3 points. so many cars along the rd.. big hongbaos for them... darn muslims!

many moons ago i was waiting for my fren in my car and a police car passby and din even shoo me away and i got a ticket a week later by the TP....

Last time I was at Fong Seng at NUS, the TP even better... drive past the road, then U turn back to Fong Seng, park in the dark somewhere before Fong Seng, then he walk down and copy down all the number... some ppl didn't even know they kena...

Do funny things, don't blame others when you get caught. Scare people catch you, don't do funny things. Like our friend say, no money don't drive. Car is a gift, no money, still don't drive. Of course, I am not saying got means you can park in the middle of the road, or things like that.

Wat situation... it's just a case of illegal parking and the person being fined is just pissed at parking attendants... guess i was too pissed.. a big sorry to e muslims out there. e reason i post tis thread is to highlight e annoyance of receiving a summon 2 wks after e incident and not to complain btw. they dun even have e decency to give me a paper summon.

there are quite some parking lots near that prata shop. walking a few steps also won't kill. if u die die want to park illegally, then u have to be prepare to face the consequences lor. too bad. -

i approached him and waved at him believing that he was just wanting to scare me off....as he did not issue me with any notice, i informed him i was standing near to my car and said thanks to him and drove off.....
weeks later, i received another notice from TP....i wrote in and told them the truth...and even asked for an interview with TP and that CISCO....but TP did not call me up and instead waived my summon......
remember these days, CISCO enforcement officers are worse than TP enforcement officers....they summon u without issuing notice coz they scare kena beaten.....very unscrupulous...
