I just bought one in Feb 2005. The radio that comes with it is Fujitsu Ten from Thailand and I have changed it to a Pionner FH9200MP. Unfortunately, the steering audio connectors that control the original radio does not work anymore. Suprirsingly, the right side controls that show time, distance, avg consumptions on the clock also does not work. My audio mechanic tells me that the Pionner does not have an electircal connection to power the digital data buttons on the steering heel and hence no display, It seems strange for Toyota (Thai model) to design these connectors (audio and digital) this way. Is there a solution for me to keep the Pioneer set and connect back the digital data indicator?
