Dont mind me if it is a stupid question ... just to make sure i understand ...
Still the question remainsOriginally posted by ceecookie:but is there any dealers or PI willing to import it?![]()

Also, even if the authorities allows, are there any buyer who are willing to buy it? I mean no roof, doors, windows, what happens when it rain and you happen to be drivingOriginally posted by LazerLordz:hmm that you might have to go on a case by case basis.
Not only that... once, I saw a surveillance van driving around in Eunos... freaking huge black van... took up the whole lane... tinted windows and it was lefthand drive... with American plates... and 6 radio antennas at the top... you know whose it was??Originally posted by LazerLordz:LHD cars can be used if they are registered as diplomatic cars or are in temporary transit, provided you get a permit from LTA.A sticker must be affixed stating that it is an LHD car.I saw a few LHD Chverolets, Nissans and even a Corvette , and they seem to be driving quite smoothly even though they are LHD, guess it's the experience of the driver that matters
On a sidenote, I once saw a 83-84 MB 280SL in the carpark of Centerpoint a few years back, with UK reg. plates.LOL.
I've seen before an left hand drive CRV but they have 2 put the sticker which says "left hand drive" same goes for my M2B vehichle....its left hand drive tooOriginally posted by ecay88:i cant seem to find any webbies that says wad cars r not allowed in sg...
i only know that left-hand drived cars r not allowed ...
so r there any more restrictions??? Like wad overpowered(1000+bhp) or the ride is too low or something like that is not allowed???
That only? Cause in Japan, left and right-handed car can be used. Of course it is more convenient for the right-handed cars, but it doesn't actually restrict the car.Originally posted by guitarman1:For example the road system???
Sidewalks are to our left, so our front seat passenger can drop off onto the sidewalk. If its left hand drive, the front seat passenger need to get off in the middle of the road!
Of coz u can still get around in a left hand drive car, just tat it was not meant for Sg roads. Just like some computer mouse that curve left (for right handers). Left hander also can use wat but just not comfortable.
Only exceptions are foreign diplomat car... it appears they are allowed to bring in left-hand drive.
