was really hesitant about getting a coupe car, then was wondering about its insurance costs, its resale options and value at the end, blah blah blah...
then it dawned upon me:
who the hell cares about it!
i mean, if you can really afford it, go get it before you've more committments, like family etc, coming in.
cos when those things start coming in, you'll start regretting and think:
why is it that i didn't get it at that stage in my life, or
hey, i dun wanna drive a nice car when i'm balding... -

I'm in the same situation as you..... before, and even now. The only difference is that I'm married with no kids yet............
I mentioned before that PASSION are priceless, but then the more maths I do, just like you, I start to realise that there's a price tag to passion, haha......... I almost booked a REX and had to give it up last min as I believe that my wife might had to 'suffer' with me if i own one now.
Sigh~ Have not change my car yet but keep a constant look out for many models that is 'faster' than my current car. I like it not to outrun the others, but for the passion in fast car..........
If you wanna save some money, want a not too bad car that is two doors, and cheaper rd tax and insurance, i'll recommend you the Ignis Sport. Its not a bad car and I'm sure you will save 30-40% on the insurance. And its definitely faster.
As for me, mention in another thread recently that still fighting against myself if i wanna trade in my civic. The IS is not my dream car but guess that's the fastest and most affordable two door sport hatch in the market now. Test drove it, and loves it. Best still, its not as common. Rd tax also abt 40% cheaper than the Tuscani.
