Recommendations for smaller finance company

  HI, anyone of you know of any smaller finance company (besides big banks like maybank, uob, dbs etc....) to take a loan less than 20k?

  Can try OCBC. They take in loan 10k and above wor.. Juz help one of my clients to take a loan of $15K.
