will anyone think that SG will invest on car racer eg.WRC

As the topic above.... do u think that SG will invest or produce any car racer??? Maybe i think SG should open race track or close some roads at midnight to train racer... there should be many potential car racer in SG but they stay here can't bring out their potential... Why SG can't just train and take part in car racing...?

because this is singapore. well, i believe everybody out there can drive fast just by stepping hard on the accelerator. on the other hand, i think it really take guts and skills to pit yourself against the track and stuff.. have to think about level of concentration and stuff.. blah blah.. and yes, im 80% confident sg will have their own racing team. but it'll probably be donkey years for a international standard racer to shine from the locals..

looks like SG would never really try to invest in racers... but at least open up a race track or a place for those who like to race (other then Kallang carpack)... it is better then them speeding on the road and in the end get chaught by poilce or got into an accident....

The investment is far too great for any team to participate in such events.
THe cost may well be 25% of our GDP. which is the cost of maintaining the defense in Spore. Well, I don;t even think that stamford tyres have that amount of profit to let alone start such a team.... -
