eg. RU 2342 ...

i guess it means deregistered? -

the car can only be drove in the designated area
eg: bbdc, pulau tekong etc...
cos the car didnt buy road tax n is meant for a certain purpose,
thus no road tax is needed...
for example, the circuit cars in bbdc can only be driven in bbdc... -

these cars are off road cars, meaning they can't be driven on public roads (have to be towed from one place to another). i've seen it on race prepped cars that are used to race in the kallang carpark races. not sure if they have to pay road tax and insurance though........Originally posted by gorilla83:Hi,
