Most of the parts would have stop production and it will be quite difficult to be able to find spare parts for the cars. 1980s RX7 is quite rare and it is rather difficult to service them. The worst thing is that reving to redline is highly not recommended unless you are willing to service your car often for leakages.
These car are like vintage, or classic cars are of no paper value and involve great deal of passion to maintain and one might face problem of selling away if the passion dies down after a period of time. -
