  what is Over Market Value?
  
  what does the value of the COE shown in 2nd hand car ads stand for?
  
  do you add up these 2 values to get the total cost of the car?

  OMV = open market value (which is the cost of importing the vehicle in)
  And nope u add those 2 is not the cost of the car there is still the true cost of the car and our import tax
  and i dun think its the COE dats in the car ads but the OMV. in any case either one can be used to find the paper value ba
