Car rentals to P-plates or 'under-aged'??

  Hi.. just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that provides car rentals to P-plates and minimum age??? Just got my license not long ago T-T and i have browsed a few car rentals (webby etc) they either not cheap, dun accept fledging drivers (must have a minimum 1yr driving experience)or dun accept under-age (21 and below).
  
  IF i have to wait for a year to rent a car... i still DO NOT have the 1yr driving experience.. only 1 yr license HOLDER experience.
  
  er.. and budget wise is a definite :p coz i am still a student.

  Then u can try going to the car dealers and try their cars,Then u not only have 1 year experience but also experience driving different car.Whaha

  thanx ah.. scully they all pull face -_-" P-plate test drive then bo rent.. BLACKLIST! then i die pretty pretty.. hahaa..
