Hmm.. As far as I know, Singapore based diplomat cars' number plates are SxxxxCC or SxxxxCD. No dash (-) in between the numbers & letters. Have never came across a number plate something similar I saw on the blue Benz. I've seen Thailand number plates on pickups and lorries and they always have some kind of Thai language on it. But I've never seen that kind of number plate on (Thailand?) cars though.
