Initial D: Where is the hype from??

  Actually Initial D came out one day, and suddenly, there is this worship of a Hachirouku all of a sudden.Not to mention the spawning of people making stickers of a dingy tofu shop in Japan.

  yea initial d the anime is nice to watch.. not sure abt the movie though not out yet.. but i saw the trailer it looks good

  i've got the comics.... love the story but it gets rather draggy after like 20 volumes
  
  the anime is nice, especially with the sound effects and all... the graphics not so good at first but it gets better in the 2nd or 3rd part.. can't really remember...
  
  am waiting for the movie, although i have some doubts about the cast... will be interesting to see their interpretation of the story though (^^)b

  well..... the movie shld be out in june 2005... they got Toyota to build 8 brand new AE86 trueno and jay chou gets to crash 3 of them...
  The Stage 4 graphics is the best in the anime series though now the story line gets to be the boring side cos u noe Takumi will win some how... BUT....
  The racing scene rox!

  the comics r gd n the amine is even beta... saw the trailer of the movie... like nt bad but who care hw well the actors fare?! as long as the racing action is great!

  2fast 2 furious,got nitro sia. heard tt part 3 is coming out soon.

  no lehz, the ae86 was already very popular with the japs way before intial d...just that initial d made it even more popular, esp. outside japan
