Yes I think it is inclusive of COE since the body of a car is at most worth $2K plus when you scrap the car. The fuel consumption is close to 7km/l.
The price is consider cheap. But it will be very difficult to maintain this car. Being that not much people services rotary engine. -

My friend owns a FD3S and the FC can go as low as 4+km/L !!! a full tank go under 300km.

How rare is a RX7 Efini? Anyone knows? and wats so great about it? Why is it so expensive though its more than 10 yrs old.

That's y... the bodykit's custom made from Japan... Think that would make it quite rare... Rare items always bring up the price of the car...
