i today saw volk, but the side scretch till jia lat as in bang kerb,the whold round..if i buy them(cos cheap
)
i bring to "grind/patch/smoothen it" will it chip off in the long run or see what they use to "cover" those edges?
Also the inner side of te rims got those look like chocolate bars,a piece by a piece (weights) had some drop off liao..
price is volk 17 inch "gun metal colour " at $350.....can buy?
really very cheap if compare to new..but of cos condition is

The outlook is not very important, wat that is important is whether the Rims are in safe condition to be used... If wheels are being damaged it will not be able to travel straight and may rob your car from performance.

if there are any chrome parts that are scratched...then it can only be fixed in Malaysia.
Else if the entire thing is gunmetal with no other chrome lip or anything...then it is quite cheap.
Of cos it maybe off balanced and stuff..but these are the risks u take when buying 2nd hand tyres.
Mine wobbles at high speeds..and it is already balanced as best as it can be already. -

i will be putting azenis-rt215.cos i find tis tire not bad as i use it on my other van.
hope i may get a decent rim....if not i go for te 16 enkie..also 2nd hand..sad, nowdays very poor..lolx -
dun ever buy second hand rims, unless it from ur fren car or some1 u know very well.
u dun no the history of the rim, it very dangerous.
if they kana accident b4, they need to use very high temp to make the rim into the original shape.
this will cost chemical reaction to hapen in the rim!
after that the parts on the rims, will nv be the same again. -
