Good eating places to recoomend to u guys!!

any1 heard be4 of the places bottle tree village and ubin seafood? i've been there both and would like to recommend these places to u folks out there wif cars and finding for good places to eat (good food and tok cock).
Firstly is bottle tree village, it is at sembawang area, and is strictly for ppl who are driving only as the road leading to the place is very secluded and long. upon reaching, u can park for free in a wide and open carpark. the ambience i will rate it as 8/10. you will be dining nearby a sea in a dimly lit open space (romantic atmosphere). the food there are mostly "chi char" wif a few speciality of their own. the prices are reasonable and u will definetly want to go back again. i myself had been there thrice liao. u may wonder where does the place gets its name from. it is becoz the owen of the place had bought trees which look like bottle from austraila costing a few thousands a tree. these tress are located at the entrance and are really cute looking (good to show to gals). taken a few pics myself.
2nd is ubin seafood. located at keppel road. cars are recommended but not a must.but be prepared to walk for a good 20-30mins if u not going by car. the ambience i will say is more romantic than bottle tree, i rate it 9/10. i myself have brought my galfrien over there a couple of times as she really like the place alot. even to the extend ta she makes it a policy to go there once a month! ($$$$)....haha....the pirces are in the same range as bottle tree, reasonable.the food not bad too, "chi char" style oso. there is a seaside view and eatig there u'll feel relaxe, that's for sure.
anyway juz to clarify, i m not representing either outlet, i juz wanna share this info wif u guys to go and eat and relaxe. all i ask in return is ur opinion and comments after u been there and post it here k.i wanna noe whether was it a success.anyway if u need directions as to how to go pls post and i'll reply. happy eating! -

Can also try the SAF Yacht Club just down the road... You have to enter by the old Sembawang Naval Base road... Then just follow the road down... Food there is restaurant style... about $20 per person? Nice ambience, right next to the sea...Originally posted by nick34:Bottle Tree Village

Actually I find bottle tree village 'chi char' very ... moderate. a very nice atmosphere but .... that's a bout it I guess
I like the Gallery (SAF Yacht Club restaurant) western food a lot. You get a damn good steak for its price and the rest of the food isnt too bad either. Plus you get a pianist (playing sometimes too loud though) for most nights so the ambience is great. -
I have been to ubin seafood... the garlic pepper crab is a must for diners.
its located at Bukit Chermin ( off keppel club ) there is a turning road left to a yatch club ( a huge sign ... Dotty Mediterranean ) you should be able to find it.
I have brought friends from overseas, also my wife , mum-in-law, they all enjoyed the food there.
As of the tree village, I have no idea -
must try !

Heh.... when I went there... it wasn't a pianist... it was a trio of mexican guitarists... hehe... Quite cute... and the food is definitely worth it... Hehe... Wanna go Sembawang to eat, might as well go to Buckaroo's
Outback western food.
Really laid-back ambience there, with friendly ppl.
Their beef ribs can feed 2 easily -
