Interested to buy a van instead

I understand you need a registered company to buy a van? will any do? Like i just registered one and then can use that name to buy a van for myself? I've searched LTa site etc but none seem to direct me to anywhere useful.
Coz my bro and i was thinking of a van instead of a car coz it's more practical, as we need to transfer our stuff now and then and of course it's much more pocket friendly as we dun earn much. -
Yes, if you can find a company to do it on your behalf, sure why not?

But wouldn't the van be under that company's name? Like insurance etc..and should that company decided to do something to the van, i can only watch and see?

Just go an register a new company under yr name.
cost $100 plus only.

van owner have to pay diesel tax which is quite high. got to do your calculation before committing. not sure how much though. anyone to comment on this.
