But seriously, i doubt its going to happen. The F1 calendar is already so packed and they've already got many circuits in Asia ..Shangai, Malaysia, Japan... -

of course la. if i cheated and renege on the agreement (in effect since the the late 90s) between all the teams not to test during a race week, then i better have some improvement to show for it too. add to that fact that if i refuse to play by the same rules and carry out intensive testing when everyone else agrees to limit it to 30 days to lower cost, well, lets just say, if they didn't improve at all, they ought to be shot. the Q here is, how much CAN ferrari improve if they actually play by the rules? we won't know because it seems they have to cheat now huh?
Ferrari? no way. Renault has my admiration for being able to improve while playing by the rules. -
