*enquiries I mean..
I enrol into ubi CDC yesterday and the practical start in July..
My enlistment is in late OCT..
Is it alright to atten 2 lesson a day and for 3 weeks..
which means around 25 practical lesson?
What happen if TP falls after my enlistment?
Or? I have no idea how to go about it.. can someone enlighten me? -
First way out will be to highlight this problem once you have completed all your driving stages to the school, the chief tester might arrange for and earlier date for you.
Second, seek advise from your BMT platoon commander. If the training schedule permits, he might let you take leave or off during the 3 mths BMT.
Third is to wait until you have been officially posted to your unit whereby you will be able to clear your leave or off. -
For school , shouldn't have any problems wif this. U can complete ur Practical Lessons and Theory test in 1.5 /2 months time provided u chiong la . Booking of tp about 2-3 weeks . U should be able to get ur license unless u fail la

That time when i in BMT, i get off for Advance theory and TP ... Not a problem at all ... Just that need to rush back camp after test ...

Go book our theory test first...
Quickly pass your final theory and complete the module neccessary in driving lesson to be qualified to book TP... cuz the waiting on Tp is more than 2 months now...
you would be able to complete everything in less than 4 months if u pass all your tests at one go...

hey bro, seems like u have the same prob as me. i'm taking 1 week 3 lessons and i'm enlisting on july 22nd. enough time for me, only that i have to apply for leave or off to take my TP. for u, there shld be enough time. if u r a fast learner, better still.
jus to borrow this thread, anyone can giv me tips on how to start moving off properly. i got a heavy right foot and the instructor keeps staring at me whenever i rev the engine too much by accident. jus this morning, the instructor muttered vulgarities.

You already know the answer... Heavy right foot? Then use it more lightly... Wah lao... I didn't say by the 2nd or 3rd lesson... I every lesson sure stall engine at least once... on bad days, maybe 3 or 4 times even... the only time I didn't stall was on the exam itself... heh... you 4th lesson already so discouraged... you just need to practice... -

I see.. anyway I graduated from CDC and they allowed students to remove a particular instructor from your future lessons if you should lodge a complain stating a valid reason. I'm not sure whether SSDC allows that but if they do, maybe you can do that if you really cannot tahan his vulgarities? haha just my humble opinion..

keep your RPM ard 1000-1300 then slowly release clutch ... this way .. you will move off smoothly and i mean REAL SLOW in releasing the clutch

I got the same problem as u during my first lesson, my right leg jam too much on my first attempt.. but getting better on the next lesson, I think the problem lies in your shoes.
I wear adidas shoes go today, something like that but with blade platform..
the shoe is hard, allow me to control my strenght...
