Am looking at buying a COE car directly from an owner. I notice that arranging financing in such a case is a problem. Please recommend who I should call to arrange for finance. I am looking at borrowing about S$ 10K and the repayment period will be 1 year. What is the interest I will need to pay ? What are the other fees (if any?) like agreement fee/documentation fee etc.
