Cash Payment for Minor Repairs

  Hi all brothers and sisters,
  
  I heard that NTUC Income will be introducing a new initiative to give motorists an option to receive a cash payment for minor repairs. This will allow them to find their own workshop to carry out the repair.
  
  Is this true?
