  Heard from my brother that one can start the first 2 lessons of ur practical (driving school students) without getting ur PDL first? True a not huh

  mostly is pple pass basic liao then apply pdl then immediately can hit the road n circuit le ... those w/o pdl i think are not able to drive in circuit also
  anyway basic aint hard to pass at all ... if ur is learning in driving sch go do the practice until u can rmb all e ans

  Not exactly..
  
  You will only need PDL to drive on the roads...and you can drive WITHOUT a PDL inside the circuit..
  
  The PDL is not required if you are doing circuit driving ONLY..
  
  If far as I remember, your instructor will advise you when to apply for ur PDL after you clear ur 1st few lessons...

  Definately can start the 1st 2 lessons w/o PDL.
  Thats because 1st 2 lessons won't go onto the road. Will be in circuits only. In circuit will not need PDL.
