1) REcently i realise that my car is leaking water from below. I asked around and some friends told me that this is the "air-con" water and that it is normal. Is that true ?
In most cases, yes. Unless, you have damaged your undercarriage.
2) Whenever my cars drives above 100km/h, there's always this very very soft whislting sound tat i can hear. i am not sure if it is from the engine. Can someone advise me on this point.
I do not think there is anything serious abt it... you might consider sound proofing your car with those after market products.
3) I just got my car 4 months ago and i realise that some interior cloth of the car had started to detached from the car. What i mean cloth is the part below the Mat. The cloth usually connects all the way to the non-movable part of the lower door frame. Yes, it's that part i am refering to.
Both my back doors' cloth have started to peel off. If i send my car for the 5000km servicing, will they fix it at no cost ?
Just have to highlight to tan chong during your next servicing. They will get it done for you.

the faster u go, the more wind rushes by ur car. the more wind rushes by ur car, the more sound it generates. try blowing across the tip of a straw gently and harder to get the idea.

depends. some agents will come up with all sort of C0ck and bull stories to say u spoil it urself and make u pay for them to repair. really depends on how firm u are in getting ur point across that it's their bladdy fault that their bosses in japan are giving them cr@ppy products to work with.
My car is a nissan sunny just got it 4 months back.
send the car back to tan chong and demand they make good all the defects or make them give u a new car
