  tis one the standford tires got sell ah... got use or not i dunno..
  
  say will make petrol car throttle respond better, diesel vehicle more power..but dunno how true, ...its jus lik a bypass of some airflow...

  i think it is a fuel ionizer. supposed to make the cell structure of the fuel even better for combustion i think. i saw that somewhere before. never read any revirews on it beofre.

  It's to increase airflow... brand is superione and model for petrol car is 'turbo555' ... it claims that by increasing the volume of air, combustion will be more efficient thus resulting in better FC, power, etc....
  
  I don't believe such claims though.
  
  air and fuel mix ratio is controlled by the ECU, more air = more fuel to burn power increase might be at a minimal at the expense of lousier FC
