In other words.. which cars do you think, looks weird and silly with modifications? E.g i saw a Nissan Sunny with low bumper and high mount spoiler b4.... it seriously looks funny!!!!

one of my neighbours was visited by either a friend or relative...
a corolla altis with the most disgusting spoilers, decals, everything overdone and obiang...
an altis should be left alone

I will never forget that black Nissan Sunny... lol.. from what i remember.. the driver seems to be a Malay (sheesh.. its not a racist remark though)....maybe it's their style and taste...

So long as the modification and appearance can match...put wings also can.
Worst is putting brand stickers (ralliart, STI, type R etc.) which is not for the correct model. Saw one KIA picanto have a very large Ralliart sticker..*pui*

STi car decals everywhere on a TS. A real STi don't even need car decals differentiate itself from the Rexes and TSes.

jus something i saw a couple of years back.
a super old green toyota corolla or something, looks like its doors are going to fall off any moment. And right in front of the bonnet, there is a shiny animal perched in a leaping off position.
Yes, its one of those u see on a genuine Jag.
What on earth did the owner ever decide to do that?
NPNT. I know, but it was so many years back. At my house carpark somemore.

i saw this 1998 pink honda integra, it has a red H badge...which is faded..obviously a fake n it has MUGEN stickers on it....the worst part is that on the other side of the car there r decals in bold with the words.. Lancer EVolution...wtf...transexual car..

Personally, I think of modding one's car/van as personallization, not just for speed or races.
It's characterization of one's ride.
I think auto-modding is an art for easthetic tastes, and optimizing performance.
So, I feel that any vehicle can be modded to one's taste. Even a bus can be modded. There's NO LIMIT in modding if you look at some American web sites. They mod everything, and any vehicle. -
Practically all the 'family' cars are flame-bait when modded... Corolla (Altis), Vios, Sunny, Accent etc..
Some still manage to do it tastefully, but others are juz plain ricey. Anyway, bottomline is, ppl should have the right to do up their car whatever way without too much criticism juz becuz its a 'slow' car... Cars so exp. in Sg liao, it's more practical to get a family car.. so not much choice but to mod whatever ride they own.
But as a disclaimer, modding a family car too look fierce is one thing. But it's those drivers who really think their modded sunny/corolla wif full kit and a pod air filter are 400 bhp race cars that irritate me. Drive like champion, wanna challenge higher-end makes. Pls la, wake up. Empty vessels make the most noise.
Fierce sunny's and corollas look totally stock outside but got turbo under the hood. -
My neighbour has a twin exhaust vios, 5zigen rims, and very high suspension setting. And lots of stickers to add extra bhp I think.
