Do you warm up your car in the morning?

Hi, do we really needs to warm up our car for 5 mins in the morning?
Please advise, I am a new to car -
You can choose from 1) Warm up your car in the morning (Start without doing anything and wait)
2) Start the car and move at a slow speed
3) Start the car and depress the petrol pendal slightly without moving off the car. (But not recommended)

I will normally wait until the engine goes to 1K rpm or lower before I drive off on starting the engine. Anyway, I'm driving a Vios.

the main consideration for wear and tear is the proper lubrication of ur engine internals for the warm up. this typically takes 45 secs to 1 min to get the engine lubs circulating properly in the engine.
while it is recommended that u let the car idle for bout 3 mins without doing anything to it during start up, there is no harm in moving off your car slowly after bout a min.
for me, i more ks. wait until i c water temp start going up and auto choke going off liao then drive off

However I've seen many don't warm up their car.
Some say, especially in the morning, it is good to not turn on your air-con first. Warm up car, drive for a distance of 1 to 2 KM and then turn on air-con. Anyone pracrise this?
Does anyone know the reason why not to on the air-con first? -
i think it is better to warm ard 3-4 mins b4 u start drivin.
For me, i use ard that timin and wail for water temp to rise b4 drivin off. -

usually i will wait for my water temp to move up b4 i start moving..

you just have to rev the engine to abt 4000rpm for 30 secs to warm up the engine...or if u at workshop just dyno tune the car and it will be warm...( dyno tune make the car ram all the way untill rev limiter kick in to find max torque and n/m)

number one, ur first suggestion would damage ur cylinder lining and piston rings prematurely.
number two, u are stupid to pay 100 over bucks to warm up ur car at a dyno. but i'll give u the benefit of the doubt that u were talkin c0ck on this point

new car no need to warm up..u all go read car manual it will say.

I normally wait till my engine drops to 750rpm, and water temperature is reaching normal. -

it takes about 1.5 - 2 mins to "cool down" to 1k rpm and a further minute or so would let it really warm up and settle to a 750 -800 rpm idle..
not sure about the rest... i wait till the water level light (blue color?) goes off b4 i even turn on the air con... -

i've heard quite a few theories on "new car dun need to warm up", but i've never really believed in it. unless i can convince myself that engine oil can actually adhere to ur cylinder walls after parking overnite, i seriously do not want to shorten my engine life by taking off first thing after i start my car. research has shown that the most engine wear occurs during start up when the cylinder walls are almost bone dry. -
